Lord Jesus Christ,
You humbled Yourself to wash our feet,
and shared with us the food that lasts forever,
Your Precious Body and Blood,
We thank You, we praise You, we glorify You.
Give us the strength, the courage and the will
to stay with You,
to pray with You,
to be mindful of Your Eternal Love,
not just for this hour,
but for every hour of our lives.
For You are our Lord and Saviour,
now and forever.
